  Every time I go in there something is wrong and they gotta do this and that. The only reason I even went to this place was because it was convenient. But clearly flying to Vancouver and seeing our vet at home is way cheaper than driving 10 minutes to this place.

  We are a first-time puppy family so weren’t sure what to expect with a trip to the vet for our first checkup and vaccines. From the initial call back (I had left my contact information a few hours earlier via the website), to the friendly greeting at the office, to the way Shannon and Dr. Morley engaged with my daughters and answered their questions, to the gentle manner each staff member had with Toby, we felt absolutely taken care of as a family. It turned out our puppy had a mild ear infection and I appreciated how Dr. Morley gave us two options regarding how to treat it and the one of his assistants clearly outlined the costs associated with each. It left us feeling knowledgeable and respected- like we can trust Dr. Morley’s best interests for our pet and pocketbooks. We left feeling we’d struck gold to find such a great vet clinic- and only 5 minutes from home!

  The people who work there are super nice but don't be fooled. They play on pet owners emotions and will guilt you into more things Than you need. Ie: meds, X-rays, blood work.

  I am so happy and grateful I found Dr. Morley and his team! My cat and dog are very fearful, but everyone is so kind and gentle, they do great at the vet. I have never felt pressured into any treatment I feel is unnecessary, I appreciate the knowledge and options I’m given, and I have complete trust in the folks at Properties!

  They're offering 20% off the surgery but it's not worth it. They gave me a run down and didn't guarantee a fixed price but at the same time they estimated me that day $718 after discount which is fine. And I also get it's an estimate.. but come on. A vet clinic that's been around for a while but can't give a legit estimate blows my mind. If my vet tech from Vancouver can throw together an estimate on the phone I don't know why these people can't. The communication is confusing as hell and I get a call when my dog is under and they're saying it's now 1100.. $400 jump is just out of control. Keep in mind this clinic is in the north east where everyone who lives in that area generally makes lower income. And I bet no one ever questions their pricing as they probably don't know better. This place by no means is a luxury vet clinic with state of the art anything.

  This place just gouges people out of their money. I have a 2 year old yorkie that had to get his 3 baby teeth extracted and they're trying to charge me $1100. My vet from Vancouver only changes $600 at the MOST. $5 per baby teeth. But this place is charging $60 per tooth basically.

  Dr Morley is a genuine, caring and kind vet. He takes his time explaining everything and helping us understand how to best care for our dog. His staff are friendly and professional and we always feel at home. We have been to a few vets in Calgary and this beats them all. We would recommend Dr Morley and his clinic.

  Dr Morley and staff were amazing with my small dog! My dog had a huge neck abcess which ultimately needed surgery. All the staff were so helpful. Shannon took their time explaining and giving instruction for care and what to watch for. I also had a terrible time with my pet insurance and Laurie who works front desk was so helpful with sorting things out!
