  Reception was very nice and compassionate, responded to my inquiries and got me in quick. The Vet that showed up did his best at trying to calm my anxious kitty and even checked in through email to see how my pet was doing.

  What a wonderful experience! The Doctor was very gentle with our boy. Dido liked him and that's a plus! The Cat room is fabulous! There were things for our cat to do and see... and look, no cold stainless steel table. All warm and inviting! Your knowledgeable staff made us feel welcome and at home. We've just moved into the area and now we've found our new veterinarian. Thank you Montgomery Village Veterinary Clinic!

  We called them with a quality of life assessment last minute and they were the most efficient, polite, and compassionate company. The woman who answered the phone (I believe it was Louise) was so nice and understanding and got the vet to our place instantly (within 20 min).The vet himself was very gentle and respectful of us and my cat. His bedside manor was great. it was a horrible day for my family and I saying good bye to our family member of 20 years but Dekens Vet Services helped ease the day as much as was possible. Thank you to them so much!

  I also was sold some products, which my cat would not eat at all. I emailed and asked if there was a guarantee on them (most places offer refund on these types of products). I got no response.

  From the receptionist who initially took my call to Dr. Dekens himself, the compassion and professionalism shown by this clinic is exemplary. We had to have our beloved dog euthanized today, and it was handled with dignity and respect. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.

  Overall, I think they could improve in some areas.If you need someone to come to the home for end of life I think they would be great because they respond really fast and are very compassionate.

  The best " Experience" Ive ever encountered, it was calming, and fun and very informative, it was such a pleasure to watch Dr. Dekens , with My -Molly-, it was her first visit, and it went over so well, with her, that without a doubt i will be back, for future visits, with my pets.

  The only thing I think they could do better is disclose the full cost of the visit (I asked what the fee was for a home visit and was given the "exam" fee but the "travel" fee was not given. I could have gotten my cats stitches removed at no cost but decided a home visit would be less stressful on her. If I had known it would have cost me double of what I was quoted I would not have made the appointment.
