  My long time vet moved so we were on the hunt for a new vet and since I lived close to Marda Loop Vet, it seemed logical to try here. I brought my dog in for his very first visit last week and we saw Dr. Ashley. She is absolutely amazing. Such a kind lady and you can really tell how much she loves her job. She followed up with me over email regarding a specialist appointment for my dog which really impressed me. Excellent communication. Highly recommend. All the staff here are lovely. So far it was a great decision and I’m looking forward to getting to know the staff better.

  We have been going to Marda Loop Veterinary Centre for a few years and have never had a bad experience. For regular or emergency visits they have been wonderful. Dr. Penni is amazing!!

  Overall, very happy with how things turned out and my puppy is already feeling better after a little bit of medication! so it seems to be worth the $!

  I took my new puppy here after she got off the plane from Mexico- after a concern about blood in her stool and a bald spot on her back. They were very accommodating by getting me in straight away. Following this, while examining our puppy, the doctor was very informative and telling me the possibilities, the costs of the tests etc., She helped me decide the least expensive options for tests and treatments, trying to cover all the symptoms. After a pretty large bill (larger than i anticipated) she was prescribed a lot of medications and for a stool sample to be done. The main part of the bill was of course the treatments. I received a call 3 days after dropping off the sample, saying that they did find a parasite. All i had to do was pop in and pick up a bit more medication just to ensure the parasite is taken care of! - and just direction to keep an eye on the symptoms. Very nice. The staff is all super friendly and made my puppy and i feel very comfortable. I have been told by friends and family that I may have been over charged, however after looking at the invoice the charges do seem fair because of all the medication she is on to clear up symptoms.

  Dr. Heather Pineo has provided us with professional, thorough, cheerful, friendly advice for many years. I would be hard pressed to trust our dog to anyone else. She is always pleasant and full of common sense. The front office staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

  I tried this clinic originally because it was more affordable than the ones in our area. Brenda at the desk was incredible, she was so compassionate about my case and made it feel like I'd known her forever. Dr Stacie was amazing.. she was so knowledgeable yet extremely realistic while being sensitive and compassionate. Before at vets I've felt like they were out to squeeze every dime from me this place is different and such a great clinic. I'm very grateful I found it. :)
