    I went into Transat Travel Sunridge today to book my holiday. One lady working and was dealing with a couple. We waited for 20 minutes until it was our turn. Told the lady what we wanted looked at a few places and choose one to book. Cory took the payment and asked us if we could walk the mall for a half an hour so she could finish our paperwork and speak with the man who came in after us. We went back after a half hour, a family of four went in just before us. She said she hasn't done our paperwork yet can we come back later or tomorrow. I'm sorry I lost it it. I asked for her to cancel our trip. She said people are usually more patient than me. What the heck is meant by that I gave her reasonable amount of time to finish my transaction. She wanted me to wait until she did more sales!!! Who treats customers this way???
