  My fiancee and I came to this location to begin planning our destination wedding. We met with the team leader, Dana, and began the process. She informed us that it would take 2-3 days to receive a quote back for our package. I sent a follow-up e-mail as I had not heard anything and was told it was "high season" and her suppliers were backed up. It is now almost three weeks later and I have still heard nothing. To feel as though your wedding is insignificant to the agent who is supposed to assisting in planning the largest portion and maybe most important piece of your wedding, is disappointing to say the least. We have now started working with a travel agent at a different agency, and received quotes back for numerous hotels in less than 24 hours.

  Unfortunately my friend used them for there wedding booking.....Even after i continued to try to contact them via phone and email multiple times there was ZERO follow ups and in the end they did not even get back to me with prices etc. I am not the only one in our party to experience this. They are not interested in giving you service or a holiday i guess. I suggest any other travel agencies other than this one. I dont understand how a company with no customer service stays in business.

  I have worked with Celia since January planning my destination wedding. Celia has been nothing but organized, extremely professional and highly reliable. She has made the experience extremely 'stress free'. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. I would highly recommend Celia.
