    Not very good and very disappointed even when I complained to upper management. I spoke with Carmella Cambrera, the manager in regards to the service provided by Marcia yesterday morning, Carmella asked me to write an email regarding my concerns, which I did right away.

    Today before noon, I tried to reach out to Carmella but she was "busy" with a client. It has been a couple of hours now and I still have not received a call back.Carlson Wagonlit books using Expedia and once you check in with the hotel, no one is willing to help you change the hotel booking even an upgrade would have been nice but no one wants to deal with it.

    The first time I used this service using my RBC Rewards points was awesome. Dallas was my agent. That was in March 2016.
