  They have excellent customer service, the install was right on time and went perfect. They also put our old glass in the basement for storage so we can always go back if needed.

  We had our first invisible fence installed in May of 1995 around a 5 acre area to contain our Golden Retriever puppy and our 2 year old American Cocker Spaniel on our farm. After the initial training, it was wonderful to be able to let them go outside and not worry if they were going to be found miles away. We lived in that location until November 2012. The service and advice we received from Pet Stop was great. When we moved into our new home in B.C. in 2013, we had Pet Stop come and install the fencing around our new city-sized yard. We feel reassured knowing that we have done everything we can to keep our dogs safe.

  The sliding deck door, in glass, doggy door install is a great option, if you don't have a swinging door to the back yard, to install in. This gave us full use of our sliding deck door while having a doggy door options. The doors really kept out the cold air in -30 C cold snap we had.

  Excellent work and professionalism, from the very beginning stages of figuring out what size of the product to use, to the extras that I didn't even know were there, like buying the replacement house door, installing the dog door in it, and then installing the whole thing. Pet Door Canada handled the whole thing, and at a great price! Would very much recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dog door and great service in getting that door put into your home, very happy!

  We have had the pet stop invisible fencing for the past 8 years. The service is top notch. Always a friendly voice and there to help with any adjustments. The fence gives my farm dogs the freedom to roam my property without the fear of them getting on the road or wondering off

  I've had PetStop for over 12 years, it's the best thing I've ever purchased for my pets! It's kept them all safe and happy as they are free to explore without me having to worry about where they are. The batteries last a year so there is no having to change them all the time. This is the best fence you will ever need, stress free. I can't say enough good things about this product.

  I would recommend this install to anybody who has problems installing a typical door/wall type doggy door and doesn't want to compromise on the functionality of their sliding deck door.

  It has a key locking mechanism for the door, as well we purchased additional inside guide rails for the metal security plate to easily put in place for the more security conscience.
