  That said, if I ever find my self in the dire need of help, such as when being attached by a rabid wildebeest or other marauding fauna, this would be the place to go. It seemed that every sales person was itching with the unquenchable need to provide assistance.

  I bought a pair of winter boots that were defective from another location. I call the shawville location and I was lucky to have talked to Lynne. Lynne spent the time to make sure I was happy. Lynne checked the boots then put them in the back for me. Picked up my boots and am very happy. Thanks Lynne

  Good place to get decent shoes at a good price. Service...not so much.

  The shoes were purchased on-line. I found the in-sole had been mis sewn and was raised slightly to one side. This was uncomfortable to wear. They were exchanged with another pair. I continued to shop in the store. No more than 10 mins had gone by and while looking through the clearance aisle I found them back for sale at the price I paid.

  Why would they even consider this? Sketchers is a great shoe brand. Why put out defective merchandise?

  sales service was poor. apparently, the store was in transition with new inventory, and they ignore service altogether... cashiers were very helpful otherwise.
