  I have shopped at this location many times with great customer service. I visited the store yesterday and the sales clerk was rude and uncaring. I went to the store to look for leggings. I found a few pairs to try and asked for a certain style such as Hampshire. After looking around she came back and said "can't find them" but didn't offer any other suggestions. She did not come to the dressing room to check and see if I needed any other sizes or assistant. Her whole attitude and tone set me off so much that I decided not to purchase anything that day. If I am not going to receive the kind of service I expect from this store then I will shop elsewhere-and that is what I did.

  Consistently great service, very attentive and helpful. Beautiful workmanship of the clothes - you cannot find this level of detail elsewhere. Classic styles that are very wearable. Too bad that natural fibre fabrics are being replaced with polyester. If not that, I would rate the store at 5/5.
