  On two different occasions I have visited this location with the intention to buy shoes. On my first visit, there were 3 staff members, all chatting at the cash register. Not one offered to help me, which is obviously their job given that all of the sizes are in the back room. Today there was only one staff member, she took a long time assisting another customer and finally I had to ask her to get me a size. She wasn't able to find the size in that particular shoe, which was on sale for $40. When I asked her if any of the other colours were on sale and in my size she said "I don't know, you can look." I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service I have been provided and I definitely won't return to this store again.

  Went to see snow boots today and no one was there to help costumers and only person on counter didn't even replied when asked about particular shoe in my size.I left the shop.

  The Assistant manager is the bomb, she practically runs the store from what i can see, shes always rushing around helping her customer while still helping her employees and doing most of there jobs and keeping the store neat even when its super busy, and not to mention shes stunning
