  They had the shoes that I wanted in the right size. Although the shoes were amazing the service was what I would say as forgetful. While I was at the register, the cashier forgot to take off the security thing on the shoes. We were in a rush so I didn't realize also. Instead she asked if I wanted to be sent emails for coupons and such. The mall that I bought the shoes from was far away from were I live so I had no idea what to do. Is there any way to take them off without the machine they use without dangering/damaging the shoes?

  I visited sunridge to buy shoes, ended up in DSW. Was assisted by the enthusiastic manager Lamia, who helped me to buy 7 pairs of shoes I needed for my life. All which were on sale which saved me money and helped me to be very happy. Thanks DSW, you are very lucky to have a manager like Lamia on your team.

  This is my new go to store for Shoes. They have a huge variety of styles , price ranges and a great selection of accessories and purses in stock. The staff are super helpful , always greet and check in with you .
