  Oh, and the tipping at the counter when you order and pay before eating etc..... Not into that. I tip for good service. I don't expect to tip someone for taking my order and payment at the till. No service actually since customer must order at the till, and grab their own cutlery and condiments etc.

  the good was cold and chicken tested like it's been left overnight. The service is based on how much you tip upfront. Internationally, tips are meant to be made once the full service is provided. These kids get full hourly wage and expect full tips. In the states you get extraordinary service and you feel like leaving good tip. Someone should teach these kids how to run business.

  Chicken was dry, and portion small. I ordered a half chicken dinner and it arrived at my table looking more like a Cornish hen. Small.

  My very first visit. Where do I start? All staff were walking around with there large cell phones sticking out their back pockets. That looks bad enough, but not as bad as the hostess staff on hers non stop throughout my meal. Looking around the room and out of the corner of her eye before pulling out to text. Honestly thinking that nobody will notice? With staff having time to do that, it would be nice to find a little time to visit a table and check if everything is alright with the customers food etc. If management allows the use of staffs cell phones, it looks bad. At least have them go out back to text.

  A really, really great chicken. The flavor can be tasted up to the bone! The 'medium' sauce is just perfect. You just need to go at front to order, so make sure you won't make additional order as it may be a hassle especially on busy times.

  The food here is excellent however on 3 different occasions we have run into rude and ignorant staff. Complained to management they are equally as rude and ignorant and don't care about your complaints. We simply eat the food and do not tip and ignore the asinine people who work here.

  I have gone here plenty in the past and always enjoyed the food. But now they have changed their Peri Peri vegetables sauce. They have completely changed the flavour. The new sauce is gross. I used to love it, now I don't think I will get them again. Also, what is with the odd ordering? Very confusing for most. It's like you are your own waiter. Why tip at all? Chicken and other sides will still bring me back but I am very disappointed in the sauce change.

  This is a fast food establishment trying to look like a real sit down fancy restaurant. With some adjustments it could be decent. Not certain I'd return.
