  It was clear that there was a big disconnect between “front” and “back of the house”. A Contributing factor may have been the high volume of skip the dishes orders that appeared to coming in and out for that matter, that being said given this is quite literally the closest restaurant that isn’t fryer focused from my house I remain optimistic the next time I go in the operation will be a little more streamlined, definetly not the level of service I’ve come to expect, Hopefully just a bad night and not a trend. I look forward to a better experience next time.

  I love Nandos so naturally, when it came to Calgary, I was very excited. The food is tasty and the restaurant has a large open and clean feel. It takes a bit for your food to come but it's worth the wait. The whole sit down, decide what to eat, then get up and order, then sit down and wait for your food is a bit of a weird process (I didn't tip cause I did all the work). I remember their 'hot' level being spicier than I got but I just put a bottle of the hot stuff on my table and added to my liking.

  40 minute wait for food. I watched food sit under the heater for up to 10 minutes before going out to tables. Tables who ordered food after us got food before us. When I got my food (a 1/4 chicken and fries) the fries were soggy, undercooked, and oversalted. The chicken was so salty I couldn't finish it. They gave me a full refund, but I still wasted an hour of my Friday night. Management really needs to reconsider how they run things and look at being more efficient. They should have clearer roles for staff and have someone running expo at the line. It's too big a chain to have this poor of service.

  I have always ended up living in proximity to a nando’s first in Vancouver now in Calgary, as such it’s always been a quick go to. I went in last night for a half chicken for which I waited almost 40 minutes minutes for.... they were out of Caesar salad and coleslaw and as I waited people coming in to be seated were told they had also run out of chicken? Being a fly on the wall as I waited a couple people approached the counter saying their order was short items and or wrong all together.

  Nice atmosphere! Clean and chicken were really nice! Their sauce is the main reason why we went there! I haven’t had the chance to get other dishes other than chicken! Great location but need to find a parking in that area!

  Delicious food, great flavour, neat spot, nice and clean. Food timing needs a little work. Had a wrap as did my companion and they were on the line for a few minutes before the line cook even dropped the fries, thus waiting longer than we should have. Ordered online once as well and food quality was still really good.
