  My mom ordered food for lunch here, They over charged her 7 dollars . I get in line and wait to let them know . The girl started to act rude and seem like I did a mistake . I than asked for an apology, the worker walked away terribly rude and mumble to the manager, the manager soon started to yell and point fingers aggressively towards my mom and told her to shut up. Their service is disgusting, they need to learn their etiquette and manners to serve canadians. I highly recommend that if u want to start a good day then don't stop here.

  Worst A&W I've ever been to. My god where do i start???? The staff is awful they are very rude and obviously don't give a damn about their job. My meal has been messed up several times and my food is often cold. When im at the mall and i have a craving for A&W i just avoid it because i know that im going to left with a messed up order. Alot of A&W restaurants are doing great but its this one turns me off from buying some A&W because I know that im going to have to open up my burger and take out the tomatoes and pickles. FIX YOUR STAFF!!!

  rude service, cashier stole my change and wouldn't provide a receipt. Didn't get my full order, and the staff ignored me when I tried to get the rest.
