  I was in shock when I read this very unfair review on Shilo. I am in fact, the seller in question. The buyers were aware there was a hail damage claim already in progress for the house they bought. They insisted on putting a time limit on the repairs that had already been approved by my insurance. As the timeline was very narrow, and there was $25,000.00 at stake, you can understand my concern - Shilo and I were getting emails stating the buyers were not returning phone calls from the contractors. Distressing for me and for my realtor.

  We are dealing with Shilo as the selling realtor of our new home and she has been exceptionally difficult to work with. Every single step has been a battle. She may be wonderful to have on your side but I will never purchase another property with her involved.
