  When my girl friend and I decided to buy our first home, our friends referred us to Roland. It was our first purchase together and we didn't know what to expect. Roland took the time, showing us multiple properties, while educating us along the way. We liked every home we laid our hands on. However, through Roland's industry knowledge and guidance, we were able to settle on one that was right for us.

  We were so lucky to have met Roland. We have purchased two homes before and thought our realtor did a good job. Then we met Roland and he took customer service and dedication to a completely new and unprecedented level. Never have we seen anyone so concerned about "us" he never once made the experience about him. He took an immense amount of time to explain everything we needed to know.   We actually walked away from a deal because he showed us the comparable of similar sales and when the sellers would not go where we wanted, he cancelled the negotiations and we moved on. He cares so deeply about his clients and will do anything to ensure you are happy! We cannot recommend Roland enough.
