  I have always found RE/MAX Real Estate Central (Calgary) has followed a strict code of ethics based on professionalism, protection of the public and great customer service before, during and after any transactions ensuring a comfortable buying or selling experience for the customer.

  When you ask for the property assessment or for a real property report mr Kent wants an offer on the table first? How do you put a offer in if you don't know the assessment value \ taxes where the land goes are there shared items etc?This time I want a good experience and will wait for a different company to list one. If you are looking for a company to list your home these guys don't seem to want to do any work for the money they charge. Seller beware there is way better realtors out there that will go over the top to sell your home and give info that is needed to put an offer in. If you have them I would fire them for not working for you.
