  My husband and I have had the most amazing experience with our realtor, Mike. He has been super easy to get in contact with and has gone above and beyond to make our first home purchase an easy and stress free experience. He is so personable, but then incredibly knowledgeable in purchasing property AND THEN he went beyond his duties as a realtor and has helped us with tearing down our garage, finding someone to build a new garage and then finding all the trades guys that we need for everything in between the demo and rebuild. This guy is amazing and we are so fortunate to have found someone like him for this next big step in our lives.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with my realtor, Mike Hickey. He has always been available and easy to get in contact with and has gone above and beyond to make my first home purchase as simple and stress free as possible. He is extremely personable, incredibly knowledgeable and I immediately felt at ease and trusted he always had my best interests in mind. He then continued to be a wonderful help in advice and contacts as I went about doing some renovations after the purchase of the property!   I have used Justin Havre & Associates twice now, and I can't say enough about how professional, timely, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely vested they are, in what they do. The most recent experience with Justin Havre & Associates was such a smooth process when it could have been anything but; my husband and I had put a hold on a lot with a new build and had a couple weeks to confirm the purchase of our new build. With the economy the way it is, we didn't want to take chances and wanted to sell our current home before solidifying our new purchase. This meant that Benny was working within a tight time line. In the end Benny sold our home in one day for almost full asking price, which meant we could go ahead with purchasing our new build. Every detail is ensured to be considered when you go with Benny, with Justin Havre & Associates, they make what could be a stressful time a smooth and easy process.

  Our good friend Jemmie Li was our realtor to help us buy our home in glamorgan area. A place I grew up close by and loved. I was very hesitant in hiring a friend to do something that can be very personal for us and never wanted to risk a friendship in such a personal decision of buying a house. But I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Jemmie was very professional when she didn’t have to be. And she was constantly in contact with us when new homes came on the market that fit our criteria. She even knew the market so well that she convinced the other realtor who was selling the home that it was way over priced for what it should be. Well they listened to her expertise and we had the chance to purchase a home that was worth every penny! Without insulting the sellers. It was a very knowledgeable and classy move on her part. And our possession gift was very memorable. The starter kit I needed to pursue my new renovation business! Thanks Jemmie for such a great experience. We plan to continue to go through Jemmie for future homes!!!
