  The staff here are friendly, on time and very efficient. They were able to explain exactly where my injury occurred and effectively helped me learn the stretches and exercises to fully recover. I came in with a back injury and I came out all smiles. I want to say a special thanks to Jenna Aiuto-Physiotherapist and Kara Klingspon-Kinesiologist, without you both I would still be in pain. Thank you for everything.

  Great team to work with! Was here for a work injury. Dan, Tim and Brad all helped to get me back to normal. They listened to my concerns and issues and gave me a wide variety of treatment to best help me return to work. They kept in contact with my manager and my WCB case manager keeping them up to date of my progress which made my life easier since I didn't have to constantly update them. The receptionists were also wonderful and always helpful! I Highly recommend this place!

  Absolutely fantastic service and exceptional treatment from Brett and Kara, along with the rest of the team. They quickly identified the source of the pain and discomfort and put together an action plan. I am pain free within a much shorter time frame than was expected. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. No hard sell, just patient care as the priority with great communication. Keep up the good work Brett.

  Here at momentum I was greeted by friendly staff and after a short questionnaire I was greeted by Russ who I've now seen for 3 sessions. Even though I was generally shy and uncomfortable at first, Russ was very gracious and professional and very much helped me through my general feelings through it. He treated me with a high degree of respect despite my initial hesitations and barrage of questions with knowledge and humor.

  He has helped me with my pain and is now helping me in recurring visits practice exercises and stretches that will help prevent my kind of back pain in the future. I think what might be significant for me in this is that I actually like going now and will continue to go even though my initial pain is gone. He has stressed to me and even given me citations of research that I think is more valuable than what I could have done on my own with a Google search given how much is out there currently.

  My husband and I both see Dan and Tim regularly at Momentum Health for physio therapy. We are always super happy with our treatments and it doesn't take long before we're feeling better. As soon as I feel an injury acting up, Dan and Tim are the first people I call.

  A few weeks ago I had some severe back pain and was recommended to go to physio by my doctor. I have never been to physio before and was generally anxious / nervous about the whole concept.
