  The staff are all pleasant and polite to deal with from my experience. One of the other physiotherapists has a little dog named Pablo and he is often found walking around the treatment area. He's a great therapy dog. He is very friendly and I look forward to seeing him when I attend.

  My journey with my shoulder has been long but I thank my Lucky stars that I got to meet Lisa as she has been my life saver. Work with her to improve my arm and get me back to 100% had been great. I know at the end I will be just great back to doing everything. The staff at this office are incredible people that care about there client. I could go on and on but just know they are great.

  I had never been to physiotherapy before I injured my knee early in the year. I saw one therapist before my surgery and felt like the therapy wouldn't accomplish anything. After the surgery, I started to go to Lisa White at Lifemark. What a difference! I was never rushed out and always felt like I was improving drastically after each appointment. The home exercises were manageable and effective. She tried a variety of different techniques and then stuck with the ones that I felt were most effective for me personally. I had Kat one day when Lisa was away and she was also great! Jackie and Christine are technicians who attend to you while the therapists are with other patients. They are also great and always remember your name and comment on how much you have improved between appointments. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made sure you never waited too long in the waiting area. I can't say enough good about this place. My injury left me out of work for a while and certain circumstances meant I could not collect EI. Lisa was very understanding and even waived the cost of the appointment on several occasions. Really I was almost sad to have finished my appointments there. But I have them to thank for no longer needing to go. Thank you Lisa and team for getting me walking normally again!

  Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. Melissa is fantastic! She is a skilled physiotherapist and genuinely concerned and kind. I went in discouraged with a frozen shoulder that had dogged me for months, but am now almost 100% thanks to her expert help! Thank you!!

  I was injured playing men's league hockey with a high ankle sprain and came to Lifemark to see Stephen Jewer for my treatments. The staff were very friendly and Stephen helped me get back into game shape much sooner than I originally anticipated. He was extremely helpful with the exercises that I needed to do in order to strengthen the muscles while improving mobility in my ankle. My overall experience was great here and I would highly recommend to others to go there for their physio needs.

  I attended this location in May 2017 for 2 injuries (hamstring and shoulder) and September 2017 for an unfortunate 3rd injury (knee). Dr. Stephen Jewer was my physiotherapist. He is very easy to talk to and did a great job of getting me back to up on my feet from my injuries. He listens to your concerns, explains what he is doing and why he is doing it.
