  Chelsey helped me rehab my shoulder after it was dislocated following a rugby tackle. Extremely knowledgable and caring. She gave me exercises and improved my range of motion with heat and massaging. I highly recommend her

  I had been suffering from a shoulder issue on and off for about 8 months due to a sports injury and lack of stretching. Laura used ART, stretching and heat to help regain mobility in the shoulder however there was still issues with stiffness which was resolved by IMS. I could not believe how quickly my shoulder (1.5 months of physio) responded to IMS. Although my recovery was quick, Laura has advised some patients could take months.

  Had my first appointment today. Highly impressed by the quality of service, I already feel better. I wanted to change my physio, and it seems like I found the right place. It's also just 2 minutes from my house, so that's a big plus! Highly recommended.

  As a runner and cycle enthusiast, I have injuries. I re-habilitated my knee and hamstring injuries through excellent physio care by the practitioners at Active Physio --- they are knowledgeable and take the time to work with customers to ensure all injuries are healed properly.
