  I usually love Safeway and I love getting airmiles on my prescription purchases which is why I fill them there, but this location is the worst I have ever experienced and I personally think Joe should be fired. They obviously don't know what kind of terrible customer service their pharmacy has been giving and it's extremely disappointing.

  The IDA pharmacy is great! I always fill my prescription here. The staff and pleasant and always answer all my questions fully.

  I would never recommend this location's pharmacy to anyone... Joe, the pharmacist at Glenmore Landing, completely ignores customers when they are waiting at the counter. I waited with five other people for over 20 minutes while we watched him talk to his friend and not even acknowledge us or say he'll be with us in a minute.

  I phoned back another day to get a prescription refill over the phone and he put me on hold for 25 minutes. I called back and spoke to a manager and he confirmed it was Joe working and he didn't know why he wasn't answering the phone.
