  Great store. Lots of items to choose from. They have a very large selection for fish as well. Every employee seems to do things their own way. Or don't know how to do it at all. Its a great place, but employees need to be trained better.

  What really bothers me is their commission system.. the staff will not take no for an answer when you say "no thank you" to their assistance. I can't read a package ingredients label in peace without staff coming by and trying to pull me away to show me various options. Every time. Nice of them to offer, but no thanks means leave me alone.

  Store has great selection, comes in handy when trying give your pet good food, but still have supply some variety.

  Best pet store I've come across. They have knowledgeable helpful staff throughout. If a particular staff can't answer your question with confidence they will call the member of their staff that has expertise in the field or species you need. They have a wide variety of products for all your needs.

  Josee was great! She talked with my boy Liam, my wife Hazel, and myself about cat adoption. Josee was full of information and helped us understand cat ownership. We are grateful and will hopefully get ourselves a cat soon!

  Love this place such awesome service and the people are great! Lots of different exotic pets and more options for everything. I get all of my turtle and cat supplies from them and the prices are always cheaper then most pet stores
