  Jaymie is an amazing groomer, shes soft, kind and always welcoming. she brought me to the back and showed me her grooming area and where she would be keeping my dog. She followed all my directions and went above and beyond to meet what I had asked for her. I would recommend anyone to pawsitively natural not only are the staff kind and carrying but they are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you guys for amazing service and taking care of all my pets needs from grooming to their daily treats and food!

  I took my dog here for a groom and it’s been taking days for her to act her normal self after these people had her. She has been cowering and yelping when anyone picks her up or pets her. Not sure what happened back there but I’ll never return or buy anything from this place. Owners, pick a place where you can watch your dog be groomed. I can’t even believe I tipped.

  I own a deaf persian ragdoll Cat who isn't around a lot of people or other animals so I was worried about booking his first grooming session but after meeting Jaymie, all my anxiety washed away. Jaymie did such an amazing job removing mats, extra hair and handled him with so much care, I won't go anywhere else now. You can't beat the quality, prices and the friendly staff! Jaymie, thank you so much!!! My kitty and I look forward to our regular visits!

  Very friendly and knowledgeable owner! He came and gave some great advice for cat toys. Super happy with our toy, and so are our cats. Also love the pig, the store pet.
