    For a short trip, I do not feel I received the $58 in service I paid for. I will be thinking twice before returning. I also feel zero guilt over not tipping on the last several occasions. As service has been very poor in general. Typically my car is boxed in or running, but the heat is turned off.

    I have given this company several opportunities to provide a reasonable level of service, as I fly quite frequently. My last trip was my most frustrating experience with Park2Go.

    1. After collecting my luggage, I opened the app to request my car, but it indicated I wasn't parked with them and my reservation was still logged as pending.

    This is a great service. I travel quite frequently for business and park my car with Park 2 Go every time. Their prices are much cheaper than at the airport and they drive you to and from your terminals. Their customer service has always been excellent and although I didn't receive my receipt in an email one time it only took a 2 minute phone call for them to email me the copy again. There are two great parts to this service that make it invaluable to me. 1) You can pay a bit extra and have them clean your car while you're away on your trip, which makes arriving back home a lot nicer 2) When you're on your way back to pick up your car and go home they already have it started and warming up during the winter to make sure that you aren't frozen when you get into your car in -30c weather. Highly, highly recommend using Park 2 Go for the next time you travel.

    Upon arrival to the parking lot, everyone else got into their warm and ready vehicles, while we were told “it would just be a couple minutes” FYI this is at 1am and -30 degrees Celsius.

    After waiting 30 more minutes, it turns out they LOST OUR TRUCK KEYS. And didn’t want to tell us... Which was frustrating to say the least, as we had the spare key with us... So finally they can at least start our truck and bring it over.

    4. Upon arriving at the parking lot, I walked the line of cars to discover mine was never brought forward. They then had to track it down from the office to retrieve it for me.

    3. The shuttle took approximately 20 minutes to get to the parking lot as we sat and waited at the international pick-up. I was coming from domestic. We eventually took on additional passengers.

    The young, hard working folk at Park2Go are to be commended. My vehicle would not start after a 3 day cold snap but they tried there best and went out of their way to boost AND plug in my truck before my arrival. They were always smiling and concerned while I spent 3 hours in the office after midnight. Thank you so much for your kind attention. I highly recommend their service...

    Park2Go was an absolute life saver for us! Coming home to -30 degree cold from balmy Vancouver, we didn't have enough outerwear for the kids. So my husband picked up our car from Park2Go then proceeded to return to the airport arrivals gates to pick us up. Unfortunately, our car battery died at the airport when my husband turned off the car to come inside and help me and the kids load up. We were told by the Airport Authority that they will be towing our car because they didn't believe our battery is dead. Park2Go came to the rescue and jump started our car in the -30 degrees cold so we could all go home on New Year's Eve. What's more, Deep, the nice guy who helped us out, wouldn't even take a tip from us for all his generous help! We'll be recommending everyone to Park2Go from now on!
