  We were beyond impressed with this crew! You never know what you're going to get with movers, but Chris, Trevor, and Austin turned out to be worth their weight in gold. These guys busted butt- seriously they hustled the whole time- and that included packing up our home gym. We came in under budget, got moved in way less time than expected, and NOTHING BROKE. We are grateful. Thanks Two Small Men for a great moving experience.

  They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, they took over 10 hours to do a 4-6 hour job at the longest..Clock is supposed to start when they load their 1st piece on the truck, they were over 20 minutes late and took over another 20 minutes to load their 1st piece. Movers took 10 smoke breaks during the day another 90 minutes lost, took over half an hour to go 2.5 k saying they got lost, damaged numerous pieces of furniture, damaged walls and broke railing completely off, left treadmill behind and taken apart behind because it was too heavy for the 2 movers about 220 lbs and had to come back another day with 3 guys to move it and it took over 2 hrs distance between houses only 2.5 k, after they put it back together gave us a piece as they couldn't remember where it went rendering treadmill useless and we have to call a tech to come and repair it, gave us a check for 300 to repair damage to house and then later said that it was for all damage. If you hire this company I strongly suggest you get a quote for the job and not pay them hourly as they take their time, they wasted over 2 hrs on my moves costing an extra $258.00. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as I don't hate anyone enough to do this to them. If you do hire them recommend you don't pay them until you go over everything carefully and then deduct the damages because if they worked half as hard on the move as they do trying to squeeze you out of every penny they might be half decent

  Had a move done recently and was very impressed with the service! Friendly and helpful staff. Responded to my questions in a timely manner. Very careful with my belongings! I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

  These guys were great! To my amazement, I got everything into the new place without any issues. There were several pretty awkward turns and I definitely would've hurt my back getting my larger pieces of furniture upstairs. They were careful with my stuff, which was my biggestworry. And in the end, my walls were fully intact and scratch free. What more could I ask?

  My experience began well, with a BC to ON move. The driver and movers were helpful and courteous. They came in and helped fill and close up boxes with tape. I was very pleased with the first leg of the move. I tipped them $240. Unfortunately, there were a number of furniture items damaged during the move or in the movers' storage. After many unsuccessful attempts, over many months, to resolve my issues and make a claim, I finally found Stephanie Senger, the After Service Manager. Stephanie came in, at the end of my rope, and took ownership of the issues. She, within 1 hour, had done more for me than everyone else combined. I received what I feel to be fair compensation, based upon my contract, and I am now able to move past it. These 4 stars belong squarely on Stephanie's desk...she deserves 5, but I had to send a message to Two Small Men somehow. I hope they know what they have in her.
