  On the plus side, they did repair a wall that one of the movers damaged while carrying in a filing cabinet, but this is something they were contractually obliged to do. This service is below average, and I will look elsewhere for moving services in the future.

  Hired their driver, Will Hildebrand to move goods thinking he was an independent mover. However, found out after he was doing it on the sly from his company. He didn't deliver all items and several attempts to meet up with him afterwards resulted in him being a no show. He also broke an item and promised to email the $50 but never did. He started sending me vulgar texts, cursing on me , calling me names and threatening me. Calls and emails to his boss resulted in him being called a disgrace to their company but still the items haven't been returned. Found out afterward that this driver has a history of not delivering items. He is untrustworthy and if you use this company you could end up with him. My advice is to stay away and find a more trustworthy mover.

  This was the second time that TR moved our stuff, once to England then back to Calgary. I can't say enough good things about their service. The staff were efficient and courteous at both ends of the move (we dealt with White and company in England). Everything was received undamaged. Thanks guys, we will be using you again on our next big move. I can't recommend them enough.

  Hired them for pack and move within the city of Calgary. The packing service was sub-par. None of my items were organized by the packers, instead they just went room by room throwing things in boxes. There was no tagging nor inventory taken. For this alone I paid $600. After this, the moving took place on the second day, and while there were no major complaints, it has now been over a month and I still have yet to receive a formal invoice from the company, despite the fact that they admit that I was inappropriately charged extra and they don't know why.

  Arguably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They gave us all kinds of promises and assurances up front about costs and the service we could expect, then over charged by half a container with no notice. Then they simply referenced another firm in the UK where our belongings ended up with no introduction or contact information (Google helped me solve that), they made almost no effort to help us get our belongings delivered in the UK, then they simply began ignoring our emails. Save yourself the stress an go elsewhere.

  If your a lawyer and plan to put your business records here. Please visit the facility. If your moving find out where all the dollars that your being charged are coming from and thirdly find out how your moved items will be itemized for insurance and ensure they do that when you move for insurance reasons.
