  Mackie group was used to deliver the furniture I made from Costco. My experience with them was great. Even though Costco screwed up my order, Mackie group made handling the process very easy. Mackie group gets a 5/5 stars from me, while Costco gets a 1/5.

  Unfortunately, moving with Mackie was the worst moving decision our family has made in the last decade (and this was our 7th move in the last 10 years). We were promised a 5-man crew due to the size of our move, and we received a 3-man crew on loading day and a 4-man crew on unloading day. To make things worse, a lot of our furniture was damaged in the move. I have sent three separate emails in the past three weeks to the operations manager, left a message with someone for her to call me last week, and now her voicemail inbox is full. This level of customer service is a complete disgrace. In a previous move, we used AMJ Campbell - I would highly recommend them to anyone reading this. Stay away from Mackie in Calgary.

  The best shipping company I've ever used! And I've used a handful. Every move has some bumps. But when is comes to shipping your bike, I learned the hard way. THEN I was recommended the Mackie group. Very happy thus far;)
