  A week later we brought "mum" in, as she needed a new mattress too. Though the sale was over, Thomas was once again very helpful and accommodating and honored the expired sale price on another purchase, saving us a lot of money off the suggested retail price posted.

  Worst place in Calgary to buy a bed. Will not return a defective product. Instead try to sell you another item instead of returning the defective item. Rude sales people, poorest customer service I have every had. I'd rather buy a bed from Walmart then step foot in this store again

  They had an absolutely great mattress on special, but charged me extra because I wanted a smaller size (a full/double instead of a King or Queen) how in the hell can a smaller matress cost more than a larger matress.... It just makes no sense at all.

  Came back a couple weeks later as a sale was ending and we decided to go with the one we looked at. Again, Thomas was most courteous and helpful and assisted us in our purchase.

  Felt like they weren't motivated to sell. The guy Thomas we spoke to was apparently a store manager. Told him what we were looking for, he showed us one bed, that was on sale. Don't be sold for 50% Off because if you take 1 minute to drive across the street sleep country will beat that price for you. "Store manager" cuts me off when I even asked can you include delivery in that price his immediate answer was NO in the middle of sentence. That I found it very rude. Before I left I asked for his business card, he says "hopefully to see you". Well he can keep hoping because we ended up buying one across the street for way less.

  The sales guy was rediculously rude, wouldn't even listen to the fact that another brick mattress store offered a different price on the same mattress. All he said was "not in my store". Didn't even ask any questions, not to mention it took him 30 minutes to get to us because he took so long to fill out another customers paperwork.. So long that they apologized for him taking so long. Don't go to this location

  Explained what we were looking for and told him of the current sleep issues. Thomas was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about his products. He made several suggestions to try out some different mattresses, which we did. He left us alone to discuss it and was not pushy in any way at all.
