  The hotel itself isn't bad. It has done quite a few updates on the interior. Not my colour choice but still nice. The front desk staff are very friendly and are more than willing to help you with any questions. The cleaning staff like to stare you down as if you are going to steal something and won't even say hi. The breakfast was ok... Compared to other holiday Inn Express's this breakfast was below their standard. The kitchen staff never came out to refill anything and all the coffee carafes were empty. I have had better experiences would probably try this one location again.

  Booked a room directly through the website. Plans had to change because life happened, and cancelled the reservation two weeks before we were supposed to stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, I apparently didn't read the reservation closely enough and I was charged the full amount for a two night stay since I chose a "discounted rate". I have never had to pay for a hotel room upfront, and every other hotel I've ever stayed at has a 48 hour cancellation policy! I contacted the hotel directly and spoke to the GM, who stated that it was corporate policy that had zero wiggle room in regards to a refund. So now, I'm out over 300 dollars for a room that I'm not going to use. I would understand not getting a refund if it was a last minute cancellation, however I certainly don't consider two weeks last minute. The hotel wouldn't even consider a partial refund...I feel defrauded paying for a service that I didn't use!

  A very comfortable bed. Smooth check in experience and the hotel is well kept. I take away only one star because the cleaning products they use for the elevators (I assume that's what it is) leave the elevators smelling like a cat peed all over them making for a very uncomfortable and hold your breath kind of experience riding up to your floor as you fight with the card reader installed near the floor to unlock your access to go up to your floor.

  Average. Was great when it opened but terrible management has gone downhill. Front desk staff tries but behind the wall manager give no guidance. Too many hotels nearby to stay here. Best Western is awesome

  Excellent service! Front desk receptionist was very helpful and lively. Room is magnificent. Got a Corner room so the room looked bigger because of the windows! Would want that room again! Breakfast in the morning has a great selection of food and drinks. There's with seating for people in a rush. Would come here again no doubt!
