  The room was fantastic with the exception of the toilet paper, it was like less than 1 ply. I would have rather used tissue paper. The breakfast was also poor quality. Eggs were rubbery and flavorless, pancakes we're chewy, bacon was mostly cooked and the turkey sausage pucks were overly spiced.

  Although I didn’t use all of the amenities, the pool with large slide looked awesome, the breakfast is adequate and what I expected at an Express but the TV in the breakfast lounge had a think pink stripe through the screen. There is a fitness centre but I didn’t get to see what it had in it. Also, there is a Chops restaurant in the parking lot, which is a plus if you don’t have wheels.

  Had a very good stay. Rooms were clean and quite. I am a platinum member so I travel a lot and had one of the best sleeps at hotel in a while. Nice and friendly staff plus management tried very hard to answer all my needs in terms of accommodation. Would come here again and recommend for others

  Excellent service at front desk. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was most cozy. Free parking and van service for airport. Fine breakfast.

  I’m a Platinum Elite member and stayed one night in room 415. It is a twin queen suite. The room had several issues. The room had a “food” or organic smell and was definitely not fresh, nor did it smell clean. The pleated filter in the air handler was very dirty and very due to be replaced, probably lending to the foul smell. The inside side of the bathroom door is disgusting and has greasy finger prints all over it. With the exception of the ceiling light at the door, all of the room lights have switches on the fixtures and are very hard to find when walking into a dark room for the first time. This room faces the highway and traffic noise is very loud at times even though it’s on the top floor. The TV in the living room area is very small (24” maybe) but the one in the bedroom is a sufficient size. There is no place to plug a cell phone charger at or near the bed nightstand. I had to pull the nightstand away from the wall and unplug the alarm clock just to do so. I reported the foul smell to the man at the desk and he said the manager would be calling me, but 2 days later and no call. This suite is not sweet at all.

  Got together with family there. Staff extremely good, complimentary breakfast was excellent ( I am celiac and had lots to choose from), kids loved the water slide at the pool, housekeeping very good. We were able to use the breakfast room for family to get together to eat our pizza at no charge. Excellent hotel. Will be staying there again!
