  Hotel rooms are nice but the lounge service was awful. We were one of the first to be seated, but I'm pretty sure the server purposely skipped serving us because we only ordered water and not a bunch of drinks. Like said, we were one of the first groups seated, but he served food to pretty much everyone in the restaurant before even taking our orders, (took him almost 45 mimutes to even ask) and by the time he did take our orders, they were out of half the menu.

  It is very close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. The airport shuttle drivers are AWESOME. They are extremely nice and patient. The room is comfy and clean. The entire service, including front desk, shuttle and cleaning, is absolutely great.

  We stayed at the Hampton because we needed to be close to the airport. The shuttle arrived promptly and it was no more than 10 minutes from the airport. The check in was quick, the room was fine and the included breakfast was better than most. The coffee was great! The wifi worked well. I liked that you had to have a room key to access the elevator. I would stay there again if I needed to be near the airport.

  Rooms are nice but don't bother with the restaurant, the food looked like generic airplane good anyway.

  Impressed with this place. Very close to the airport, attention was good. For the price you will not guess how nice it is. I stayed here for 2 nights.

  I stayed here in the fall. My stay started off good but was quickly ruined by a lack lustre front desk employee with an attitude bigger than the solar system. When I checked out I was emailed a survey and gave my true and honest opinion and experience and was nearly immediately contacted by the front desk manager who went above and beyond to make things right and ensured me that the employee I dealt with had been talked to. I stayed here again in November and am confident that all issues were taken care of and I would return.
