  Worked with Diana Richmond and Jessica MacDonald on my divorce after my ex-wife decided it would be best to waste money rather than mediate (we have no children and a 50/50 split would be normal). Was referred to Diana by another lawyer. In my opinion, Diana was a good fit, in reality, she was not. I never felt listened to, respected or understood by Diana or Jessica. From my point of view, if you have money to waste or throw after bad, this would be a great firm to engage with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  We were referred to Jessica with regards to an adoption. Although we were her first adoption file, she took the time to understand our situation and to read up on all the paperwork and steps to complete the filing. The adoption of our son has been finalized thanks to her hard work. It's was completed in record time without a hitch. Jessica, thanks to you our family has grown by one. We are so grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting you and working with you.

  Went the private adoption route with RCMV, great service, very professional, awesome outcome and as far as private adoptions go it went fairly quick.

  Please stay away from this firm. They are only concerned about money and honesty don't care whether you win or lose. They will bill you for EVERYTHING, every email, phone call, etc...even emails to set up an appointment to see them. After 5 years of legal advice from Diana Richmond, she gave me the impression that she was aggressive and would fight for my case (child custody). We went to Arbitration instead of court. Early on in the process she told me she was too busy with other case files that were more important, thus assigning a less-experienced lawyer to my file. I lost my case (after giving her firm almost $100,000 over the course of 5 years). Numerous times she threatened to "close the file" if I didn't pay her immediately. Terrible experience.
