  I sincerely hope this feedback will allow you to assess how you provide your services at Tower Cleaners and open your eyes to the negative experience that myself and many colleagues have had at the Quarry Park Tower Cleaners.

  I came in to drop off my dry cleaning one evening and emptied my bag of clothes. The girls counted the items and gave me a receipt for 17 items without any description of the items and rushed me out. When I came in to pick up my dry cleaning, the number of items had increased to 20. After paying around $170.00, more expensive than my regular dry cleaner, I took the clothes home to notice the quality of dry cleaning was extremely poor.

  Prior to coming to Tower Cleaners, I asked many colleagues if they have tried it and what it was like. Many colleagues told me it was overpriced and the quality was not that good. Regardless of their advice I took a chance and decided, because it is so convenient (across the street), to bring a large bag of clothes over to try it for myself.

  My white shirt still had a stain and the collar was steamed incorrectly, I spent almost half an hour ironing it back down so I could wear it. My blazers were not steamed, and they were still not clean, still had stains. Nothing appeared ironed, crisp or fresh at all. My strap was taken off my dress and dry cleaned as a separate accessory at an additional fee, which is unacceptable. Everything I dropped off was very poorly dry cleaned and the natural folds in the clothing were ruined by careless steaming.

  After such a poor experience of spending so much money and not being happy with one single item that I picked up from Tower Cleaners, I will not hesitate to give my honest opinion of what I think of this business when my colleagues approach me to ask about Tower Cleaners. I am willing to drive the extra distance to continue having my clothing dry cleaned at my previous dry cleaners that are more reasonably priced, do not remove the sashes on my dresses and charge extra for them, steam and iron my clothes with care and leave no stains on anything.
