  I had a pair of true religions I wanted to alter with the twisted seam. Went to a couple of alteration places including Stitch It in Sunridge Mall. All of them said no... not possible because of the twisted seam, but it seemed totally doable to me so I made a trip to TD Cleaners in downtown. After understanding what I wanted done the owner said she will have her husband work on it and I've always been happy with the results whenever he worked on any alterations or dry cleaning of mine. He's one of those people that will go an extra mile to get the job done. Anyways I was really satisfied with the alterations of my Trues... it's still my favorite pair.. I'm not sure why people give negative feedback but if you just talk with the owners and let them know exactly what you want than that's exactly what you get.

  The ruined 9 out of 10 of the buttons on my dry cleaned shirt. Best part was when I got my shirt, they had written my name with a pen (yes real ink!) on the outside of the low strip of the buttons. When I pointed all this out, the lady accused me of lying and that 'how do I know it wasn't like this before'. Finally another guy came from the back and apologized once he saw the discussion was getting too heated. They tried to fix it later, but never became the same.

  Overpriced and disorganized. Told me it would cost $20 to clean my suit but inexplicably charged me an extra $1.50 when I came back. When I tried on my suit two days later, they had given me the wrong pants. Never coming back again... I'll stick with Snow White in the Northeast.

  Great service! My jacket was filthy and they made it look better then new!
