  I've never used a dry cleaning service before but needed to because one of my dogs had an accident on my down comforter. I called dolphin and explained what I needed and was quoted $45 over the phone.

  I took the comforter in for cleaning, pointed out where the dog urine stains were, and got a pick up date for a week later.

  When I went in to pick my comforter up it took the girl 10 minutes to find it. She then rang me up and I was told my total was almost $60. I asked her to break down the charges because I had been quoted $45 over the phone. She said the cleaning was $55 not $45, plus they charged me a $3.00 heavy soil fee for the dog urine stain (which was never mentioned when I dropped the comforter off, and I had pointed out the dog urine stains). I told her that I was not pleased and I wouldn't be back. She took my information and was going to pass it along to a manager, but now 4 weeks later nobody has bothered to contact me.

  I was so impressed with their fast service, all the stains on my favorite blouse are gone, can't thank them enough, also their staff are very friendly, will definitely comeback...Highly recommended!

  EDITED - Once the manager discovered my frustration, he tracked me down and made a huge effort to make "everything right". He went above and beyond to improve my experience with Dolphin. If I ever need dry cleaning services again I will definitely return.
