  Mike replaced the dishwasher in my rental unit in a very short period of time. He was professional and interesting to talk with and definitely knows what he is doing. Was careful with removal and installation and concerned about not damaging anything in my home. Already running a load of dishes through and it sounds amazing!

  I was inquiring of LG Range Thermal Fuse 6930W1A003X. The sales rep Fred was first reserved as I was not an installer. After explaining that I am just on private business want to replace a fuse that has been broken after running the self-cleaning cycle on my LG oven he eventually was willing to look up the part... running cost about $ 80 according to Fred. I was surprised of that price and wanted to reserve the part in order to do a price research as a friend of mine told me, that these kind of fuses would not be more than $ 30 top (including markup by installer)....that is what I told Fred as well and he immediately offered a “price match”. I purchased this part from ATLAS for under $ 30 and was able to change it myself instead of a service call for $ 150 - $ 200.

  Now here is to the owner of ATLAS: your sales rep proposed $ 80 for a part that is available for $ 6.05 with one of your competitors. Unfortunately, I haven’t done a general price check before and should have left your shop to do so.

  When I researched further I found, that this thermal fuse is offered by AMRE Supply Calgary - a supply retailer a couple blocks away from ATLAS for just $ 6.05 - and yes, that is an OEM part!

  Mike was very nice and professional and was able to set up our new dishwasher very quickly and ran us through all the settings for it. Great service.

  Great experience from booking phone call to service call completion! Called about my washing machine which wasn't fully draining after running a cycle. Lucked out with the first appointment the very next day. As promised Mike called the morning of service to confirm an appointment window. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was very polite and professional. After removing a clog and cleaning out the pump filter; he offered some helpful tips. Definitely recommend Atlas, and will call again for help in future. Hopefully not anytime too soon though. :-)
