  This is not the first charm bracelet I have owned. I have a Pandora charm bracelet and a Swarovski charm bracelet. They were less than half the cost and have never broken. I am incredibly disappointed and would not recommend anyone spend their money on Tiffany products.

  I contacted the store expecting a suitable remedy, I was told this was my fault because my "lifestyle" must be such that I was "yarding on" or "snagging" it on things. This was absatutley not the case as I had only had it two days and did not have even the time to subject it to any abuse. I was offered a free repair and told that was all they Could do. I dutifully dropped it off at the store to have it repaired and the two charms permanently soldered to the bracelet.

  My boyfriend and I visited this store the previous day inquiring about a necklace and cleaning of a few items previously purchased then unfortunately instead of going to the Holt Renfrew location we decided to have the cleaning and potential purchase complete at this Chinook location. It was a horrible mistake. The immense difference in service of the two locations was unheard of. The staff at the Chinook location were extremely rude and condescending. Mocking their customers while in midst of a conversation regarding a cleaning issue. Perhaps our visit two months ago to the Holt Renfrew location in Edmonton rose the service bar too high, where each of the professional sales representatives were very kind and courteous. Ever so much a week later one of the representatives sent us a personal email with appreciation for our visit and purchase additionally wishing us well with our new item to our jewelry collection. Overall I strongly advise against taking a visit to the Chinook Mall Tiffany store.

  I have purchased many things from Tiffany’s and I had a bracelet that broke and I took it back and they charged 70$ to fix it. It broke again shortly after and they wanted to charge my 60$ again. Saying it was my fault. They were rude and treated me like a child. I will never shop there again or recommend this place to buy anything. There stuff is expensive and they don’t back it up.

  I have wanted a Tiffany charm bracelet my entire adult life. This Christmas I was gifted one along with two charms.

  Two days after Christmas the bracelet broke, it just fell off in a snow bank. We shovelled snow in the dark for hours until we found it.
