    Went in, spent $340 on a few items, and they forgot a set of earrings. Noticed when I got home since the girl that helped me didn’t show me them when she boxed them in the store. No compensation aside from a very half hearted sorry from the girl at the desk. Oh and a bigger, more nuisance of box that they put the earrings in, since I told them it was a gift for my sister that night. Wasted an hour of my time driving home and back to get the earrings, and now I’m late for my sisters birthday party. Thanks Swarovski, you showed me what terrible customer service is, while making me happy that I work for a company that DOES care when we make a mistake with a client!
