  I am very disappointed in my service with Peoples. I dropped $ 7,250, 6 months ago on a couple of rings, one of which was a 1 carat diamond. I took my gems home, and was oh so... very excited to have them, (NOT), found out my 1 carat diamond has a crack from deep inside. Peoples expressed how they warranty there jewelry, which I paid for, (stupid move on my part),

  I bought an engagement ring here back in July 2016. The lady who helped me was great! She showed me lots of different rings. When I finally choose one she added a couple discounts for me. This was not the first time I have had great service at this location.

  I received a bonus from work and wanted to buy myself a nice ring. We walked around the store and looked in every case before someone finally acknowledged us. I had a few rings I liked from online and described them to the lady. All I wanted to do was try some on and spend my money. The lady told me I have to go online for color diamonds and didn't even offer to show me anything in the case, that I would have bought, right there. The other sales lady started pushing into our "bubble" showing her client rings and didn't even give us space. Rude. Took my money to charmed. This is the second time that no one has wanted my money from there. Charmed can have it all. Thanks

  Staff is pleasant enough when you are in shopping for a new piece but honestly look out if you need anything requiring any sort of follow up service. Dropped off a diamond ring for repair mid Jan and was told 2 weeks for repair (hmmm, that's quite awhile for a big jewelry store like Peoples, but ok, whatever) 2 weeks later heard nothing so called in and spoke to a fellow who gave me some very odd story about the jeweler they sent to repair it was trying to charge for it and he's not suppose to do that (huh???! That sounds like an internal process issue, should not be discussed with clients) Anyway, bottom line was no, ring was not back. Call back in a few days. OK, have been doing that since begining of Feb, was told by a few of the female staff they would send an email to "the jeweler in Vancouver where it is" and would let me know. NEVER HEARD BACK, from ANY of them. Until finally, last night I got a call it was in. Wow. What a saga. Anyway, bottom line, their after sale service is non existent, so beware.
