  I'd give 0 stars if I could. They do not set up your insurance correctly, or follow instructions given to them. We had an incident and had to fight over whether or not I had provided instructions. Luckily I was able to find an email that supported by assertion that I had provided instructions to add coverage. They never apologized for calling me a liar, the efforts I had to undertake to fix their mistake, etc. I am in the process of switching brokers, who has found other mistakes that they made in setting up our insurance. Not only do they suck at providing direction to the insurer, if you have a claim they wash their hands of it and expect you to negotiate with the insurer. They work for the insurer, not their clients. No doubt about it. Stay away! And if you currently use them, make sure you review your policies to ensure they were set up correctly.

  horrible costumer service the receptionist is unlikely to answer good luck with a broker and just more expensive then other insurance company take my advise and do not give these people your business. you will regret it.

  I had my auto insurance on 2 vehicles for 15 years in Calgary without any claims for 105 a month. I moved from the south end of Calgary to the ne (whitehorn) and they increased my payments to 155 a month, then i moved a couple months later to falconridge area and they increased my payments to 195 a month. Apparently it's because I lived in a neighborhood where a lot of accidents happen. I didn't have any claims, no accidents and no missed payments. It's a money grab! I then moved to BC and cancelled my insurance through them. They took a payment out 2 days after i cancelled and 2 months later they have yet to refund my payment!! Customer service? None! Just want your money! Very bad for business!

  Good - Fast - Cheap You want it good and fast, it won't be cheap, you want it cheap and good, it won't be fast, These folks are none of the above. They return calls ohh when ever it is convenient for them, the person assigned to the account is never there and if it weren't for the fact the he is only 18 and insurance is BRUTAL anywhere, they are the cheapest so we don't get good or fast, right where they are supposed to be! It's cheap, but not good nor certainly fast.
