  I have only been into the store 3 times before today and all 3 times I did not have a good experience. The first time I bought an electrical plug, and when I went to pay the lady working there said I had to pay cash because she would loose money on the debit transaction of such a low priced item.

  Needed a few washers for a toilet install that had abnormal parts. Instead of going to the nearest Home Depot, instead I just walked the 10 minutes over and got the exact thing I needed. And they're open into the evening which is great

  Amazing how many things this store has. Great to have it in our community. Competitive prices also. I have found things that were not sold at Home Depot yet good old Riverbend Hardware had it.

  The third time I went to buy a replacement 4 inch dryer vent cover and again the lady working there proceeded to argue with me that all dryer vent covers are a universal size. The ones they had I believe were 5 inch. So I left and found it somewhere else.

  The second time I went to buy light bulbs and the guy working there didn't know the difference between soft white light and daylight bulbs so I had to find them myself.

  Today I went into the store to confront a man who I watched steal motor oil from outside the gas station across the parking lot. The staff asked me to leave the store, and let him stay. This maybe have been a tough situation to put the staff in, but i do not think it was handled well. Next time maybe offer to help by calling the police, don't protect the thief. I won't be coming back.
