  I have been seeing the same stylist, Valerie, at this location for 6 years. I have swirls and curls in my hair that change from cut to cut and she does a great job taming them no matter where they are. I can't speak to any of the other stylists abilities but Valerie does a great job for me every time. I will continue to go as long as she is there.

  I second the DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I ran into a short hair asian lady "stylist" in her 50's / 60's. Not being racist here - I am asian myself. I guess it was MY FAULT to ask her to cut my hair - she was unwilling and clearly upset to get up from her chair. Rude. Zero smile. Zero attention to detail or actual effort. Poked me on the eyelid while cutting and didnt say a thing after. It also took no time at all as she did nothing but trim all my hair to the exact same length through out. Usually other stylist would begin to give the haircut shape / texture / layers after this step - but she just plain quit right there. The result is a totally unfinished hair cut - blunt edges from front to back, including my bangs. Similar to previous reviewer, I was also left with my hair STILL WET - she turned on the hair dryer for literally 5 seconds and it was done. I cut my 4yo daughter's hair better than she does.

  Worst service and they DoNot know how to do threading. Will never go to this place again.

  So there may be other good hairdressers at this location but I strongly recommend you avoid THIS particular Asian lady. It's frustrating when people don't respect their own profession enough to at least blow dry your hair before you leave out into the cold September winds. How she makes a living turning out hair cuts like this keeps me up at night. I get the feeling that she enjoys handing out this kind of hair cut to brighten up her lonely existence... but I digress...

  But to be fair - first time I went to this location a year ago a very friendly Filipino lady cut my hair. Her English was not perfect but she was very pleasant and took time and care to cut my hair. It was actually a very pleasant experience - sadly I have lost her card...

  DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I stopped in for a simple bang trim, I walked in with long side bangs and asked the stylist to take a little off and remove some of the bulk. I walked out with blunt cut bangs that are half way up my fore head. The stylist also left my hair wet. I had to leave the mall and when I arrived home I called in to talk about my experience, I was told in order to get my money back I would have to come back in and they would judge and decide if the hair cut was "actually bad" I was also told if I go to another salon to have them fixed I most likely wouldn't receive and compensation.
