  I workout with Elly, the trainer. Great place to get some excercise in. Very clean and well-kept equipment. Some of the trainer's are more knowledgeable than others but they're all more then qualified for their work.

  I had a very pleasant experience joining this great fitness centre. Despite the some of the other reviews here I too had Kay sign me up and I thought he was very nice and thorough in going through things. I did sign up on the spot and get 2 weeks complimentary. I've also had a couple training sessions with him and he's informative and motivating. The atmosphere in that place is very friendly - everyone waves and says hi to each other. Extremely clean facility and nice selection of equipment. I'd recommend it from my experience so far.

  I started going to World Health back in the summer of 2015 from a 14 day free trial and continued to use it in the summer until September 2016 when I got a membership. At first going to the gym I was fairly self conscious and dreaded going. But, through my time at World Health I gained a lot of confidence from working with the trainers and using the equipment, and I LOVE going to the gym now! The community at World Health is great and very welcoming. The trainers are very supportive and are always available to help. The classes that they serve are very fun and upbeat like zumba, spin etc.

  I started at this gym 4 years ago and haven't looked back. The staff is very friendly, educated and helpful on the floor. It has all the advantages that come with a smaller gym without sacrificing the variety and number of machines and equipment. It's the type of gym that attracts clientele who genuinely want to be there to improve their fitness, not to show off or intimidate others.

  The showers are modern looking and the steam room is a very nice touch. I look forward to continuing my transformation from a fatty into a stud, at this facility.

  Not sure about the quality of the facility itself, but I will say that I was disappointed to learn that they will NOT tell you membership prices over the phone; they force you to come in and listen to their spiel.... doesn't really scream open and honest to me. The bottom line with business is, if you have have a good product and fair prices, you don't need to suck people in with these practices.
