  My favourite things of this gym are the vibe (members are focused on their workouts and not on you), the women's only area on the second floor, and the sauna (usually empty, so it feels really private).

  It can sometimes be busy but my hubby and I always find a machine to use.

  They've recently made a change in the layout so to me that shows they look to make improvements and freshen things up.

  Don`t go to this place. Manager(maybe owner) is charging my next year membership fee even I told them I want to cancel my membership. Now I call them and she told me that she don`t wanna argue with me. I notify them I am going to cancel my membership before 30 days which was on Jan 2(January ended on 31) and she charged me next year membership fee. Even she told me she will call to police if I go there for argument. I don`t care what they charge me more, but so disappointed for their attitude. They are really good to member only when they can get the monthly fees. Remember, DO NOT GO AND SIGN THE MEMBERSHIP.

  Today for the third time I go on a weekend morning and had to watch Operation Smile on one TV and an infomercial on a tool on another. Not an entertaining, nor motivating way to start the workout. The morning guy said he didn't have the remotes to change it to something less depressing (my words, not his). Hope that now that I made him aware of this that he had the initiative to ask for them. Not super important, but I feel that what's on TV and the music playing have an effect on the members.

  Love this gym! I don't feel intimidated, its never crowded, the owner is amazing, its well priced, lots of room & they have a women's area!! On top of all that, they have tanning, massages, group workouts, food & childcare. :)

  As you can see from other one star review, I totally agree with them and I saw lots of disposable syringe in the changing area which were in the disposal safety box. - That makes me feel not safe at all. if someone did drug and got rid of syringe in the gym, that means there is possibility that someone is high in the gym. Why do you wanna take a risk? I didn`t check other gym in Calgary, but it is totally first time to see this - Not happened in the other area.

  I miss Amanda! She was always cleaning, always tidying up, always busy doing something. Don't get me wrong... it is NOT dirty. However, there's dust on machines, like the front, bottom part of the treadmills (weekend mornings) and on the grills of the fans on the 2nd floor.

  Super cheap rates and not very intimidating. Usually go anywhere from 5pm-close. Ershad is an awesome guy and a great worker, and the manager there is just an awesome and understanding person. Always love my experience there.

  I wanted to go to a gym that didn't have that commercialized feel and the arrogant lifters and this gym was perfect. When I asked about a trial she gave me a tour, let me lift the first day and never once mentioned prices or was pushy about it like other gyms. People here are so nice, staff and gym-goers, everyone is friendly and they'll give you tips and advice if you ask. The one thing I would suggest is having full length mirrors across the gym, makes it easier to check your form.
