    All of the staff were super friendly and helpful on my store visits. I had a quality issue that I discovered when i got home.

    The Calgary Heritage Urban Barn location is a lovely store. I usually shop at this location but have been to the other locations too. Possibly a few too many staff standing around but if you like lots of attention when you are shopping, this is the place for you! Urban Barn is one of few Canadian companies remaining!

    The sales person was awesome! She took a close look at our purchases to make sure they were defect free or not marked in some way.

    Great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Purchased a few items and order a few. Had to return two items for a different color and it was no problem. Would definitely return for future purchases.

    Urban Barn is one of our favorite place to shop for our home. We always find something "wow" item in here. Staff is always very friendly and helpful but not in your face. Atmosphere of the store is always welcoming. 5 stars from us.
