  They do nothing for customer service. They showed me a clearance bed that they tried to charge me the equivalent of the same bed! We got told they would "throw in for free" a mattress cover, but the associate was dumb enough to show us the screen. The bed was 500 plus the mattress cover for 150 equals 650, the "best price he could do". I literally see on the screen the actual price of the bed... nothing but scammers there.

  Worst customer service if you have any problems with your furniture. My sectional began to come apart at the seams in one area, it took 2-3 months and emailing 4 different people to even get someone to come look at the couch (I paid for “all coverage 5 year warranty” when I bought the couch in 2016). They had excuses upon excuses. Finally someone comes and tells me it’s an easy fix, and the store will call me back in approx 5 days to arrange someone to come and fix it. 2 weeks go by and nothing. Today I call the store to follow up again on the service and am informed they don’t have the tools to fix a seam... I then got transferred to someone who pretended to be a manager. And then eventually to an actual manager who spoke to me condescendingly, like I was wasting his time. Absolutely horrible. This makes me sick. I would never recommend using the brick to anyone.

  Good furniture store. Have very nice collection of bedroom sets, sofa, dinning set and other assorted items. Price tag seems a bit on higher sides though. Look for sale items if you want to go easy on pocket. Check clearance center it can save you money.
