  You need to know how to shop at places like the Brick before just going in. Do your research online first and find out what interests you. I hate having salesman walk around, and having to look over your shoulder all the time is uncomfortable. Picking stuff up at their warehouse is a massive headache. Buy a couple large ticket items at once if you can, and get them delivered instead of picking them up. If you know what you are looking for, its not too bad dealing with the salesman. We got a decent deal on our mattress and entertainment unit. The delivery crew was great, but other than that, the whole experience was MEH.

  I like the brick, however i don't like this location. There are always way too many sales people for how many customers are there, but the issue is the fact that you can't even step foot in the store without having a salesperson jump down your throat. Never go to the brick just to look and sit on couches because you will not have have a good time. You'll feel like a zebra being stalked by a vulture, especially at this store. It was to the point I didn't even end up staying to look at tables like I needed to. They'll also argue with you there, you better pray another sales person doesn't ask how you are doing or if you need any help or else your stalker salesperson will give them a hard time too. Super awkward.

  Got most of my furniture here. Great service. Lenny our saleman was Awesome! Will continue to use him and the brick in the future.

  Ordered a full set of appliances for my kitchen. Was told it was to be delivered and my old appliances taken out today. Spent my evening moving everything out of my fridge, unhooked everything and moving it. Got a call saying that they can no longer take my old appliances because the “store made the mistake and not them” won’t do anything to help fix the situation. Customers definitely don’t come first. Horrible experience with this place and I haven’t even got what I spent a lot of money on. Avoid at all costs. Will update if they make good on this situation.

  Employees are kind and willing to help you. They listen to what it is you are looking for and ensure you get the best deal. But it's not somewhere for someone on a budget to shop. Very expensive. They had a bunch of broken mirrors for sell for $80 I wouldn't pay for that. Other wise employees know what they are doing, and know how to sell. Will return once my budget allows me to
