    Abysmal customer service! Purchased a simmons mattress & foundation two years ago and after a problem started to develop I contacted The Brick to process a warranty claim. While that was straight forward enough and the claim was approved once I went to the store to pick a replacement the games start. Not wanting to honor sale pricing for the replacement, insisting that if I wanted to pick up the replacement mattress I would also have to return the old one (effectively forcing me to pay for delivery).

    This store has one of the worst customer service cultures and lack of integrity I have ever seen. They are very happy taking your hard earned money, taking forever to deliver a repair(that don't work by the way) and their managers are in no hurry to address the issue.

    Once again, I am now waiting for weeks to get another useless repair done to 'fix' the problem. I am also still await a call from the manager which was also promised but has not occurred. Surprize surprise....

    Avoid this place at all cost. they will sell you furniture that is out of stock, promised a delivery date, waited all day, called the store only to find out that there was no delivery because furniture was out of stock. on my delivery slip, clearly states, if there are any changes to the delivery, they will get in touch with me, otherwise the delivery date stands.

    Purchased 2 couches from this location. The seats ripped repeated even after several repairs. I've spent most of the year on ripped seats while waiting on new ones to arrive. Replacement seats will only last a few weeks before the issued occurrs again. Only thing the Brick can offer is to do the SAME repair again that failed 3/4 times already.

    Go somewhere else. these people clearly don't value their customers and all these deals they offer, they don't live up to it. even if delivery is free, we cannot adjust our lives to accommodate a billion dollar company. they have to adjust to my life because I am the customer. So frustrating dealing with them. Manager Brad...We are never ever shopping at the brick...EVER

    Delivery was rescheduled, and on the reschedule date, the bed set was still out of stock but came in on the delivery day and missed the truck. weekend delivery was not available, and weekday delivery i could not accommodate, and following weekend was xmas and we were away.

    We moved to Calgary and needed to get some items. Went to the Brick and spoke with A young man. He was professional.knowledgeable.understanding. displayed empathy, was courteous and much more. He made the transaction a very memorable one. Kudos to him. Looking forward to going back to the location to do further shopping. The price when compared with other stores were very competitive. We got a bedroom set, living room set and chester drawer for my sons. all at good prices and the qualities were really good

    That said, I've shopped at the Brick for 10 years. Beacon Hill is my only bad experience. The reviews are pretty consistent for this location. Stay clear.

    Their arrogance and complete disregard for their customers is very disappointing. Just purchased a vacation property and will be furnishing it from anywhere other than The Brick.
