    The furniture is not what they describe. And the sales man cheated on the price. Piece of garbage

    We ordered a sofa. Rossini's delivered a "loaner" sofa at no charge for us to use until ours arrived. Now that's service. We went back to them and ordered some theater seating chairs. The prices are reasonable and the service has always been decent. No complaints. Thanks!

    Rossini's is where you go in Calgary if you need leather furniture; no if's, and's or but's. Such a pleasure dealing with the new owner and management. Great selection of everything for the home, but when you're extra-special-good at something, like leather, you have to mention it.

    Deceptive advertising. They have been "going out of business" or "Store Closing FOR RENOVATIONS" for the last 5 years. I've always been taught, if everything is on sale, nothing is on sale.
